The Assure® Prism Blood Glucose Care Package is intended for the quantitative measurement of glucose in fresh capillary whole blood samples drawn from the fingertips and alternative sites such as the forearm, palm, thigh, and calf. Assure® Prism Test Strips are designed for fast and accurate blood glucose testing. They feature auto coding technology and a small sample size for ultimate convenience.
Assure® Prism multi Test Strips should be used only with fresh capillary whole blood samples. Do not reuse test strips. Store test strips in a cool and dry place at a temperature of 34-86F.
